Bugs Classes for Kids
(4 - 10 months) Get your baby off to a great start and watch them grow. Parents and children are surrounded by a supportive group of friends.

Laying the Foundation for Lifelong Learning
Between 4 and 10 months, infants begin forming the foundation for lifelong learning.
This stage is essential for both physical and cognitive development.
Every movement is linked to brain activity.
“As the body moves, the brain grows.”
The stronger the body, the more prepared the brain is to learn.
Stimulating Development Through All Senses
Infants explore the world through their five primary senses—hearing, sight, and touch—
plus two critical systems that enhance physical development:
-
Vestibular System – essential for balance and movement coordination
-
Proprioception – helps children understand where their body is in space
These systems develop best from birth to around age 3.

Supporting Movement and Enhancing Growth
In the Bugs class, we guide parents in supporting their baby’s movement safely and appropriately,
focusing on both gross and fine motor skills.
Activities are designed to strengthen upper body and core muscles—like the back, neck, and shoulders—
helping children gain body control and develop key milestones such as reaching, rolling, sitting, and crawling.
Learning Rhythm, Emotions, and Brain Power Through Music
Music stimulates both emotional and cognitive development.
They begin to recognize rhythm, sensations, and connections with others.
“A moving body leads to an active mind.”
This is a guiding principle of our carefully crafted classes.
45 Minutes of Bonding and Discovery
Each session lasts 45 minutes—an important time for parents to connect, learn, and play with their child.
It provides deep insights into the child’s developmental journey.
Parental involvement
not only boosts the child's confidence,
but also builds a warm, secure, and lasting bond—
supporting holistic growth in body, mind, and spirit.

This natural progression allows gymnasts to build strength and endurance, conditioning them for more advanced skills down the road. In an environment where pressure is minimized and fun is maximized, our gymnasts develop a can-do attitude.
Birds Classes for Kids
